Parcel delivery

Standard parcel delivery costs £9.99 for orders below £150 and is free for orders of £150 or more, excluding the extra-charge regions listed below.

Parcel delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Aberdeenshire, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Shetland Islands and Orkney Islands costs £40, including for orders of £150 or more.

Depending on the item’s weight, it may require pallet delivery instead, in which case the pallet delivery charges apply.

Pallet delivery

Items weighing over 55 kg are delivered by pallet. The parcel free-delivery threshold does not apply to pallet deliveries.

Pallet delivery is free to most parts of England, Wales and selected areas of Scotland. The following regional charges apply:

£29: CA, DG, EH, EX, FK, G, KY, KA excluding KA27–28, LA, LD, LL35+, ML, PA1–19, PH1–16, PL, SA, SY, TA, TD, TQ, TR and all London postcodes.
£49: all AB postcodes, IV, KA27–28, KW, DD, PA20–78, PH17–26 and PH30–38.
Isle of Man: £59.
Isle of Wight: £59.
Northern Ireland: £99.
Isles of Scilly: £49.
Channel Islands, Outer Hebrides (HS) and Shetland (ZE): please contact us for a delivery quote.

If your delivery address is outside the areas covered above, please contact us to confirm availability, charges and delivery arrangements before ordering.

Dispatch and delivery times

For in-stock items ordered before midday, we aim to dispatch using a next-working-day delivery service. We usually use FedEx for deliveries.

The delivery service timeframe is separate from order processing time.

Pilates Reformer deliveries

Pilates Reformers are delivered in sturdy wooden crates. Standard delivery is doorstep only, and the driver cannot assist with bringing the equipment inside.

If you require inside delivery, please contact us before purchasing to discuss arrangements. Take care when opening the crate, as sharp edges may be present.
