Orders under £100: £9.99 delivery
• Couriers: We use reputable UK couriers depending on the item.
• Tracking & delivery: You’ll receive an email with delivery details (and tracking where available). A signature may be required.
• Check on arrival: Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If there is any damage, you must report it to us within 24 hours and keep the item in its original packaging.
Photo evidence is required for damage claims: Please provide clear photos of:
– the damage to the item
– the outer packaging (including any dents/tears)
– the shipping label on the box (where possible)
Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
• Remote areas: Some locations (e.g., Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Aberdeenshire, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Shetland and Orkney) may have a parcel delivery charge of £40.00 (depending on item weight/size, it may ship by pallet instead).
