Overall very good with some minor issues. The assembly instructions could be clearer showing the order each individual part should be attached.
I feel there should be a handles/grips under the seat when carrying g out leg extension work. Plus it is very tight between seat and leg extension bars to comfortably extend. (I am 6foot 1inch – so maybe that is the problem).
Overall though I am pleased with the purchase.
Maybe consider a You Tube Video of the construction to aid purchasers.

If you’re like me and thought a more expensive reformer was the only way to go, let me tell you—you might want to reconsider! This one is truly fantastic, well-made, and it glides smoothly and quietly. It’s definitely a great deal for the price!
Before I decided to buy, I called the company and was impressed by their friendly customer service, which made me feel confident in my purchase. Additionally, it arrived extremely quickly—within just two days — and with free delivery.
When my reformer arrived, it came in a large, solid crate. The driver was really polite and helpful. It is heavy. On opening the crate, I could see that the reformer came with a platform extender, a box, and a jump board. They even included a small toolkit and some oil, although the oil bottle was a little damaged. I reached out to the company, and they quickly sent me a replacement. Honestly, I can’t recommend this reformer and the company enough!
My reformer already has a space in my home, and the nicest thing is that my family also got motivated to use it. Very good quality and timely delivery.
