Photo evidence is required for damage claims: Please provide clear photos of:
– the damage to the item
– the outer packaging (including any dents/tears)
– the shipping label on the box (where possible)
Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
• Remote areas: Some locations (e.g., Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Aberdeenshire, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Shetland and Orkney) may have a parcel delivery charge of £40.00 (depending on item weight/size, it may ship by pallet instead).
