Large Items (Pallet Delivery)

• Applies to: Large/heavy items such as Pilates reformers, weight racks and similar.
• Delivery method: Delivered on a pallet as a kerbside delivery (driveway/pathway). Drivers may place the pallet as close as possible, but this depends on access (surface, slope, space). Drivers cannot usually bring items inside due to insurance.
• Dispatch & delivery speed: In-stock items are usually dispatched within 24 working hours and in most cases delivered next working day from dispatch. Some areas (Highlands/Islands/Channel Islands) may take longer.
• Before delivery: We’ll email you with delivery details. A signature may be required.
Important – check before moving
• Do not remove the item from the pallet or take it into your property until you have checked its condition.
• Please inspect the packaging and item on delivery and report any damage within 24 hours.
• If there is any damage, take clear photos as evidence and contact us immediately.
• No claim can be accepted if the item has been moved into the property or removed from the pallet before inspection.
• Surcharges (pallet deliveries): Some postcodes/regions incur an additional pallet delivery charge. If the website doesn’t charge correctly at checkout, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the extra payment.

• £59.99 + VAT: Any AB postcode, IV, KW, DD, PA20–78, PH17–26, PH30–38
• £79.99 + VAT: Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly
• £99.99 + VAT: Northern Ireland
• £139.99 + VAT: Channel Islands
• Approx £200: Orkney Isles (please call to confirm)
• £199.99 + VAT: PA62–76, PA42–49, PH42–44, KA27–28, KW15–17, Isle of Islay, IV47–55 (including Isle of Skye)
